Are your perfumes 100% authentic?
Absolutely. Every fragrance sold at Perfume Empire is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and original, sourced directly from the authorized distributors of the brands we carry.
What is the difference between EDT and EDP?
Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains a lower concentration of fragrance oils (typically 5-15%), making it lighter for daytime wear. Eau de Parfum (EDP) has a higher concentration (15-20%), offering a more intense and longer-lasting scent profile.
How should I store my fragrances to keep them fresh?
To preserve the integrity of your perfume, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that since perfumes are classified as hazardous materials due to alcohol content, they must be shipped via ground transportation.
Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original cellophane packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based fragrances.
